Goal: To organize and pass moratoriums by all 39 Sovereign Nations in Oklahoma banning fracking and injection wells on all Tribal lands, and pass a statewide moratorium on wastewater injection.
Goal: To ensure the State of Oklahoma along with the oil and gas industry stop the gas and methane leaks at existing infrastructure while cleaning up existing damage to land and water.
Pipeline Fighters and the "Cowboy & Indian Alliance" of farmers, ranchers and Tribal Nations that formed to oppose the Keystone XL pipeline gathered in 2014 to plant the first Ponca sacred corn "Seeds of Resistance" on land in the path of the proposed pipeline that also crosses the historic Ponca Trail of Tears. "Seeds of Resistance" Ponca corn has now spread to other states and countries, and will be harvested this fall both in Nebraska and on land in Virginia and West Virginia on the routes of the Atlantic Coast and Mountain Valley fracked gas pipelines.
Bold's goal is to end eminent domain for private gain pipelines. Big Oil and Big Gas corporations are abusing the power of eminent domain to build pipelines--mostly for export--that risk our land, water and climate.
